Preferred Partner Directory
The people who make a
finished space actually work.
These are independent organizers, designers, trades and suppliers working across Simcoe County, Muskoka and York Region. They don't work for Dream Spaces. They run their own businesses and choose their own suppliers. What they share is a working relationship with our designers, who have met every one of them in person and know what they're like on a job.
If you're planning a space, any one of them is a very good first phone call.
Relationships, not just listings
Every partner works with one of our designers directly, and keeps working with them. We know their work and we know how they treat a house. Not everyone who asks ends up here.
Independent, not employed
Every partner runs their own business. There's no exclusivity, no quota, and no commission steering their advice.
Reviewed every year
A listing carries a year. We check in with every partner annually, so what you read here stays current.
For organizers, designers, trades and suppliers
Ten places in the founding cohort.
If you work in other people's homes for a living, we'll sit down with you, introduce you to the designer who covers your area, list you on this page, and leave your name with every homeowner when an install finishes. No fee, and nothing you have to sign.
