Every Dream Spaces closet, built-in and kitchen is designed, built and installed by our own team, in our own Barrie, Ontario workshop. We stand behind that work for the long haul, with the Homeowners Lifetime Warranty.
What the Warranty Covers
The warranty covers the parts of your storage that work hardest, the moving pieces and the build itself:
- Product and manufacturing defects
- Hinges
- Drawer slides. Undermount soft-close comes standard on everything we build
- Toe kicks
Coverage applies through normal household use. Treat your cabinetry the way you’d treat any fine furniture, and it’s covered.
The Fine Print, in Plain English
Honest pricing is one of our pillars, and honesty applies to warranties too. So here are the limits, stated plainly instead of buried on page six:
- Water damage voids the warranty. Cabinetry and water don’t mix, damage from leaks or flooding isn’t covered.
- Mistreatment isn’t covered. Normal daily use is fully covered; damage from misuse is not.

Why We Can Put Lifetime on It
A lifetime warranty only makes sense when you control every step of the build. We do:
- ¾-inch cabinet box construction
- Metal drawer boxes
- Undermount soft-close drawer slides as standard, not an upgrade
- Designed, built and installed by our own team, from our own Ontario workshop
When the same company designs, builds and installs your project, there’s no finger-pointing between a dealer, a factory and an installer. If something we built isn’t right, we make it right.
