How does the free consultation work?

We come to your home, measure the space, and talk through what you need. Whether you're planning a custom closet, built-in shelving, or a full storage solution, we’ll walk you through options and give you a clear idea of what’s possible, along with a ballpark cost estimate. It takes about 30 minutes and there’s zero obligation.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Toronto and the GTA, including Barrie, Vaughan, Newmarket, Richmond Hill, Thornhill, Markham, Aurora, and King City. From Oakville to Georgetown, Caledon Village, Across to Goderich and north to Wiarton, across the golden horseshoe up to Sudbury and North Bay area. South to Haliburton, Peterborough and to Bowmanville. If you’re not sure if you’re within our service area, just reach out, we’re happy to confirm.

Do I need to know what I want before the consultation?

Not at all. Some clients come in with ideas or Pinterest boards, others just know their space isn’t working. Either way, we’ll guide you through the process and help design a custom closet or built-in solution that fits your space and routine.

Can I see a rendering before committing?

Absolutely. Every project includes a 3D design so you can see exactly how your custom closet or built-in storage will look before we build it. We’ll make revisions in the design stage until everything feels right.

Do you offer different finish and color options?

Yes. We offer a wide range of finishes, from clean, modern tones to warm wood textures. You can mix and match options to create a custom solution that fits your space perfectly.

Installation

What to expect on install day.

How long does installation take?

Most single-room custom closet installations and built-in projects are completed in a single day. Larger or more complex spaces and projects, such as whole-home systems or garage conversions, may take longer, depending on scope.

Do I need to empty my closet before installation?

Yes, please. We kindly ask that the space is cleared before installation day. This helps our team work efficiently and ensures a smooth install. If you need help planning the transition, we’re happy to provide tips and a timeline so it’s as painless as possible.

What's the timeline from consultation to install?

Most projects take about 3–4 weeks from consultation to installation. That includes design, revisions, and production. If you’re on a tighter timeline, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

How much does a custom closet cost?

Pricing depends on the size of the space and the level of customization. Reach-in closets typically start lower, while walk-in closets, garage systems, and custom built-ins vary based on design and features. You’ll receive a detailed, no-obligation quote after your consultation.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, financing options are available to help make your custom closet or built-in project more manageable. We’ll walk you through the details during your consultation.

What kind of warranty do you provide?

All of our installations come with a lifetime structural warranty. If anything doesn’t hold up under normal use, we’ll take care of it. We also follow up after 30 days to make sure everything still feels just right.
